Simplify Your Life With The Advice of Ex-Monk Dandapani!
By Jatinder Singh, Associate Partner & Mentorship Coach, Lighthouse International
Dandapani is a Sri Lankan-Australian ex-pat who spent his formative years studying electrical engineering before embarking on a 10 year period in a Hawaiian monastery, where he became a Hindu monk. He then decided to teach the world what he learned and moved to New York to become an entrepreneur, self-development speaker and spiritual mentor to business people!
In this video, he explains how the lifestyle we lead is a product of the choices we make. If we are feeling overwhelmed with how chaotic our lives are, then we need to choose to simplify them and understand that we can't do everything!
"When people say to me, "life is too busy I can't simplify", I say no you don't want to, you have a choice. No one is holding a gun to your head...you choose to do them."
