4 Questions to Revolutionise Your Week
By James Mills, Associate Partner, Lighthouse International
At the start of the year we shared a simple exercise to help you make your year a success and we are always looking to help you get the most out of your days and your weeks. It's one thing to read about the inspiring examples of legends and the fundamentals they follow, but it is quite another thing to apply those lessons in our own lives.
As you may have discussed with your Legends Report Introducer, the thing that people find most challenging is not learning information, but applying it and following through! It is for this reason we have created a very short weekly review exercise that will take 5-10 minutes to complete and will help you to track your progress over time.
Legends Review and Plan Their Lives
Whether it's Sir Richard Branson jotting down ideas for new business ventures, Barack Obama keeping a journal with his reflections or Sheryl Sandberg scheduling her day around her priorities, legends have the healthy habit of reviewing and planning their lives in line with what they want to achieve. Personal management is a fundamental principle of success and it starts with our days and our weeks.
So with this in mind, here are 4 simple questions to ask yourself as a means to reflect on the past week and preparing for the week ahead. Next week we will go deeper into how to really plan your week to get the most out of it!
