Bruce Lee, Elizabeth Holmes (the youngest female billionaire) and Ed Sheeran have all shown us the fundamental power of self-discipline, so you may be wondering "how do I develop more good habits and discipline in my life?"

Well, to begin to answer that, the article below from entrepreneur and productivity expert James Clear may give you a starting point, but here's a little pointer...

How many times do we try and change loads of habits and behaviours all at once and a week later we slip back? One of the most powerful ways to develop more self-discipline and therefore more self-confidence is to "start small", start with something you know you can do by doing just 5 minutes of it every day. If you can't do 5 minutes, do 1 - then build up from there.

Want to exercise every day? Start with 5 push-ups, or start with 1!

Want to save money every week? Start by saving £1.

When you can do 5 minutes of exercise easily every day your growing confidence will enable you to get to 6 or 7 minutes, and so on.

With every little step you make you build your character and abilty to make bigger steps that lead to bigger goals like earning £100,000 a year or going on a dream holiday. It's extremely powerful when you start small with something you cannot fail at and build up from there...
