Have you ever had one of those moments where you realise the other person just doesn't get what you're trying to get across to them, or vice versa? Then you'll probably empathise with Basil Fawlty in this classic clip as a tribute to Andrew Sachs (Manuel) who passed away recently. It's a great reminder of how important it is to make sure we understand each other in life. It's not just a language thing either, we all interpret things differently so it takes effort at times to make sure we're on the same page as someone else... It can save you a lot of frustration and even arguments later on though...
