Stress is something that we almost take for granted and expect in the jobs we take and lives that we lead. Spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle says that stress can be defined as the 'resistance to what is' and the desire for life to be different. Basically, we're not happy and we want the situation we are stressed about to be different!
