Is it possible to be the wealthiest person on the planet and still have regrets? Absolutely! Back in May, Bill Gates shared some gems for the next generation to take heed of in relation to preparing for the future. Amongst a flurry of tweets was his biggest regret that we can all take something from regardless of our age:
6/ You know more than I did when I was your age. You can start fighting inequity, whether down the street or around the world, sooner.

A recent article in Inc. picked up on this quote and author Geeta Nadkarni hit home how success goes far beyond how much we have in our bank account.
"If there's anything we can learn from Bill Gates' biggest regret, money alone doesn't define your success. It cannot change you. It can only make you more of who you choose to be. The more of yourself you discover, the greater your capacity for service."
The reality is that if we want to succeed in all areas of our lives, then we need to look at how we use our wealth and influence. Bill Gates is now in a position where he is working full-time to address some of humanity's greatest challenges, but he is urging us all to do what we can as soon as we can. We all have the capacity to give and when we start from that place, we can increase this capacity as we become more and more successful.
Wait! There's More...
