This is a short but powerful video (recorded for the HUMAN documentary) where Bill Gates tells us about his transition from businessman and entrepreneur to really doing the work that he loves today.

Watch how his eyes light up as he discusses how Microsoft was actually the “training” that prepared and developed him to become someone who could make a massive difference beyond technology.

He is also full of appreciation for the benefits he received as a child - being encouraged to imagine and dream by his parents. What a great gift it would be if every child and adult could feel like this!
